Time and attendance network sets up user-definable working patterns and rosters

Cheshire West and Chester Council Time and Attendance North West complete Smart Card System user-definable working patterns rosters absence planning fixed or flexitime rules night shiftsCheshire West and Chester Council workers walked out at the weekend over changes to their contracts. The dispute is over changes to staff who were previously employed by four local authorities covering the area, prior to the formation of Cheshire West and Chester Council in 2009. The workers had been previously employed by Ellesmere Port and Neston, Vale Royal, Chester District and Cheshire County Council. Unions say the changes had taken “£4m per year out of the pocket of council staff”.

Time and Attendance North West can provide a complete Smart Card Time and Attendance System which sets up comprehensive user-definable working patterns, rosters and shifts; and makes absence planning simple. Using our modular WinTA Lite Time and Attendance system, the working patterns can have either fixed or flexitime rules. These can run past midnight, making night shifts simple to define. Both paid and unpaid breaks are easy to define and calculate. WinTA Lite stores information on up to 1000 production or department jobs.
