Jay Finnegan, from Steamforged Games, said: "The growth of the business since we launched three years ago has been remarkable, which is why our property requirements have changed so drastically. The new office will be four times the size of our current building and will provide us with the perfect opportunity to create a unique space which works for us operationally and showcases our business in a prime industrial hotspot."
