Plans submitted for job-creating housing development in Knowsley
Plans for a mixed employment and residential development that could create numerous local jobs in Knowsley have been submitted to the local authorities, a news report in the local media has been able to reveal.
Property developer Ion, in collaboration with the Knowsley Estate, is behind the proposals for the 40 acres of employment space and a 160-strong housing development.
There would also be a retail and leisure offering in the form of a pub/restaurant, petrol station and hotel.
