The Gym King will expand into Tanzaro House in Manchester.
The popular fitness and lifestyle brand launched three years ago. They provide products for the likes of ASOS, JD Sport and Footasylum and will be moving into a 2,000 sq ft unit in Tanzaro House, owned by Charlton Manor Estates.
It joins more than 15 agencies and distributors at the site including Just Consultancies, Two Squared Agency and The Couture Club.
HRC Law has advised on the latest lease at the growing creative space.
The transaction was led by commercial property partner Helen Marsh.
She said: "Charlton Manor Estates and their tenants are a prime example of how innovative thinking is shaping the future of fashion. The multi-purpose building provides a flexible space for businesses to grow and be part of a community – and fashion brands are queuing up to join the Tanzaro house community."
Simon Kilham of Charlton Manor Estates added: "It’s crucial for us to work with advisers that understand our industry and our tenants’ sectors. It was clear that Helen and the team at HRC Law could offer valuable insight which offered a seamless transaction for all parties."

How about our clocking terminal? All you have to do is hold your smartcard in front of the reader and it recognises you, thanks to the radio frequency technology.
Since you don’t have to touch or swipe the card against a surface, there is very little wear and tear or problems caused by dust accumulation. It even works through a wallet, as long as the surface isn’t metallic. The cards have theoretically infinite lifespan, because they don’t need batteries, and have a durable plastic shell which is easy to wipe clean.
The clocking terminal has more functions, such as checking your holiday allowance or flexitime hours, or booking onto a particular job. One very useful feature for management is that the terminal can send details of who has clocked in or out to a printer as part of a fire drill, meaning that there’s no more need for inaccurate and insecure paper registers.
