50 new jobs to be created at new Manchester steakhouse
The opening of a new steakhouse in Manchester will create 50 new jobs in the area, a news report in the local media has revealed.
The Miller & Carter steakhouse is to open in the former Lloyds Bank on King Street in May and will be able to cater for more than 150 guests.
Lee Hughes, the new manager at Miller & Carter Manchester, said: "Manchester has a vibrant dining scene and a wide selection of grill-style restaurants.
"Miller & Carter will set itself apart by showcasing steak expertise in the city. We are incredibly passionate about steak and this really shows through in the food we serve.
"The old Lloyds Bank is a fantastic building and a great location for us. Work on the new site is well underway and we are looking forward to opening our doors for business in May."
