Historic warehouse space sold
The ground floor of Union Carriageworks, a historic warehouse conversion on Guildhall Street has now been sold.
Technology consultancy Insiris bought the space in Preston’s business district for £280,000, to use as its new headquarters.
Managing director Matthew Summers said: “The Union Carriageworks was truly a unique opportunity for us to convert and create a work environment that our staff will love, right in the city centre.
