£100m Norris Green project in Liverpool reaches the next stage in evolution
Work on the fourth phase in the Norris Green Village development project is about to start in the near future, Regeneration Liverpool has revealed, according to a report in the local media.
The new phase forms part of a wider £100m housing scheme being undertaken by the partnership which is a joint venture between regeneration specialist Sigma Inpartnership and Liverpool City Council.
The scheme includes no less than 107 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, which will be sold privately and 60 additional homes for affordable rent. The new homes will be built by Countryside Sigma, a joint venture between Sigma Inpartnership and house building specialist Countryside Properties.
