The company is planning to turn the upper floors of 47 Peter Street into a 45-bedroom hotel, focusing on "luxury and outstanding service". The building is very near Manchester’s landmark Central Library, and the street is one of the city’s well-known dining and entertainment areas.

 

A planning application will be submitted in August with work expected to start in late 2018/early 2019. Space Plus Architects is working on the project.
