According to a news report in the local business media, all of the existing 104 employees have made the move to a 5,700 sq ft site at The Parks Business Park from central Manchester.
The relocation brings a number of job opportunities with roles available in operations, customer service and sales.
Allay’s new office includes a base for the company’s flight delay compensation app airFair. It will also comprise breakout areas and an indoor games room.
Steven Bell, managing director of Allay, said: "Our Haydock office is an integral part of the firm’s operations and the enlarged space will allow us to continue to add to the team as part of our company-wide expansion.
"Both Allay and airFair have seen significant growth over the last 12 months due to increased demand following the launch of our innovative consumer app and PPI claims deadline coming into force.
"This has led to a recruitment drive now, but these are long-term jobs as we’re already looking into new products and services which could see consumers benefit from our claims expertise, from missold payday loans to home improvements."
