Plans for 900 new homes in Cheshire close to approval
Plans for building up to 900 new homes on three different sites in Cheshire are nearing approval, a recent news report in the local business media has found.
A trio of large residential projects are due to go Cheshire East Council’s strategic planning board soon, including HIMOR (Land’s) outline planning application to construct up to 250 homes on agricultural land in Handforth, as well as Hourigan Connolly’s outline planning application to build up to 150 properties on a 13.1-acre greenfield site located on the southern side of Dickens Lane in Poynton.
In addition, Worth Partnership’s outline planning application to create up to 500 homes, a primary school and a shopping facility on a 63.5-acre site comprising two agricultural fields at Hulme Walfield near Congleton will also be determined.
