Office smart card network incorporates movement monitoring technology

Investigations by Greater Manchester Police (CMP) are continuing into a Bolton hospital said to be targeted by thieves. The force has launched Operation Alloy to tackle those involved in stealing metal, and it said as a result there has been a reduction in these thefts. Supt Steve Nibloe, from GMP, said of a cracked oxygen pipe: “What this incident does show is just how potentially dangerous the theft of metal can be. It is a problem that Greater Manchester Police treats as a priority.”
