Manchester-based Ensor Holdings has injected £1m into a security products business. Ensor – which has a group of firms supplying industrial doors, building products and packaging materials – has agreed to buy the remaining 10 per cent of Technocover after August 31, 2015, subject to profit targets. Technocover supplies a number of companies with security doors, manhole covers and cabinets. “Technocover is a fantastic company with a great reputation, supplying a recession resistance market,” said Ensor chief executive Roger Harrison.
